Therapy
Virtual therapy sessions offer a safe, convenient and non-judgmental space in which to process life stressors and past experiences, and to rework patterns of relating in order to bring your sense of healthy empowerment to life. Therapy happens regularly at a cadence that works for you and creates meaningful progress. We do not accept insurance at this time, however, upon request, we provide a receipt for reimbursement in case your insurance will allow partial coverage for sessions with out-of-network providers.
We offer both individual counseling and couples counseling.
$175 per 50 min session
Life Coaching
Coaching is all about creating forward momentum towards the things you value and want to experience most. Coaching is goal-oriented, solution-focused, strategic, and collaborative - with some emotional processing mixed in. Coaching sessions can help address many issues including career dissatisfaction, communication skills, or difficulty making lifestyle changes. Coaching is offered virtually, and is great for clients who want resources to help with change, and support and accountability along the way.

Psychospiritual Therapy
"Psychospiritual" broadly refers to the integration of the psychological and spiritual. Psychospiritual therapy describes a wide range of therapeutic systems which embrace a spiritual dimension of the human being as fundamental to psychic health and full human development. Psychospiritual therapy utilizes both psychological and spiritual methods in a holistic and integrated approach to healing and inner growth, and often incorporates a gently intuitive approach.
In psychospiritual therapy, we apply a mind / body / soul lens to your mental health symptoms, and emotional crises. Challenges are seen as possible catalysts for growth and transformation, leading to positive life changes and expanded awareness. Sessions may include traditional therapeutic and/or alternative healing approaches.

Akashic Records Readings

The Akashic Records are said to be the library of all events, thoughts, and truths - individually and collectively. An Akashic Records Reading is a chance to gain access to the knowledge and insights available for your best and highest good, with the intent to support your growth and healing journey. Readings are intuitively guided and often said to feel supportive, empowering, validating, and can help identify gifts and lessons embedded in relationships or life experiences. Readings can be conducted virtually or by phone.
